Villa South Beach is a three-bedroom private pool villa in Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, on the south-west coast of Koh Samui. It is a private holiday villa, separate from South Beach Inn and South Beach Resort and Beach Club. We renovated it and added a second floor, and we run it as a holiday rental through ATS Luxury Stays, the rental side of our business. It has three king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and sleeps six. A private garage takes a car or scooters. Upstairs, a terrace with a sauna and an outdoor bath looks over the jungle. Laem Sor Beach is a five-minute walk away. In October 2026 the listing held a 4.88 guest rating from 50 Airbnb reviews.

Villa South Beach is the pink one. We styled it with a nod to 1970s Miami and California: a pink-tiled pool, a cream and pink living room, and a gold bathroom with a pink toilet. Two separate guests have called it the "Barbie villa" in their reviews.
The second floor
The biggest change was a second floor, which we added to the original house. Our before-and-after photos of the upstairs bedroom show the scale of the work.

The rooftop
The terrace at the top has a sauna, an outdoor bath and sun loungers. Guests mention the pool and the sauna most often in their reviews.
