We started in Kent in 2020 as a property investor and builder, moved our building work to Koh Samui in 2023, and now design, build and run villas, a hotel and restaurants on the island.
The story in four dates
2020
We start in Kent as a property investor and builder.
2023
Villa Picasso in Tulum is completed, and our first Koh Samui builds begin.
2025
South Beach Inn, our eight-room hotel at Thong Krut, opens in March.
2026
MARS Eatery & Art opens in Lamai; the South Beach Resort & Beach Club is under way and a development in Angthong is planned.
Two names, one team
Stellar Property Global is the developer and builder. ATS Luxury Stays is our rental and hotel team: it lists the villas, welcomes the guests and runs South Beach Inn day to day. The same people sit behind both names, so the crew that built your villa is a phone call from the team that looks after it.
How we work
We hold a Thai land blessing before we break ground on every build. Our own crews do the work, and we photograph progress every week so you can follow along from anywhere. We live with what we build: most of our developments are still run by us, so we see every shortcut again as a repair.
