Villa Miami is a three-bedroom private pool villa in Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, on the south-west coast of Koh Samui. We renovated it as one of five villas on one road in Laem Sor, and we run it as a holiday rental through ATS Luxury Stays, the rental side of our business. It has three king bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, so it sleeps eight, more than any of the other four. The private pool has a fountain and a seat set under the water. Laem Sor Beach is a five-minute walk away. In October 2026 the listing held a 4.84 guest rating from 32 Airbnb reviews. It is not the for-sale project marketed as Villa Miami at Koh Samui in Na Mueang, which is a different property.

The pool terrace is where Villa Miami stands apart. Its seat sits under the water and is finished in terrazzo, a polished mix of stone chips set in cement. Bubble jets run through the seat, and a fountain keeps the water moving.
Inside the house
Each king bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one has a bath. From the balcony, and from a window on the stairs, the view is jungle.

There is a desk space for remote work, and stays of 28 nights or more are welcome. That makes the villa a fit for a month away as much as a week.
Room for a bigger group
For a party of more than eight, book Villa Miami together with Villa Malibu, which stands beside it. Both houses are the same five-minute walk from the beach.
Finished for a guest who could not wait
In spring 2025 our crew worked to finish the renovation of Villa Miami in time for a first guest who had booked before the work was done. We run the villa ourselves, so the team that did the work also looks after the guests.
