Villa Laguna Beach is a two-bedroom private pool villa in Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, on the south-west coast of Koh Samui. We took it on in 2025 as the fifth villa on our road in Laem Sor, renovated it, and run it as a holiday rental through ATS Luxury Stays, the rental side of our business. Everything is on one level: two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a third bathroom, and an open-plan living room and kitchen. Outside are the pool, an outdoor bar and a charcoal barbecue. It sleeps four, and there are no stairs anywhere in the house. Laem Sor Beach is a five-minute walk away. In October 2026 the listing held a 4.76 guest rating from 21 Airbnb reviews.

Villa Laguna Beach is made for life outdoors. The outdoor bar and the charcoal barbecue sit beside the pool, so meals and swimming happen in one place. Airbnb picks out the outdoor space as a highlight of the listing.
The renovation
When we announced it, we pointed out that it sits on the same road as our other four villas.

The work started at the top, with the roof repainted, and finished at ground level, with new grass laid outside. We posted each stage as it happened.
Who it suits
With everything on one floor and no stairs, the villa suits families with small children. Families can ask for a cot, a high chair and children's dinnerware.
