Villa Malibu, Laem Sor, Koh Samui — Stellar Property Global

Villa Malibu is a three-bedroom private pool villa in Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, on the south-west coast of Koh Samui. We renovated it as one of five villas on one road in Laem Sor, and we run it as a holiday rental through ATS Luxury Stays, the rental side of our business. It has three king bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a private pool and a room set up as an office, and it sleeps six. Laem Sor Beach and its pagoda are a five-minute walk away. Guests have booked it on Airbnb since November 2024. In October 2026 the listing held a 4.79 guest rating from 43 reviews. It is not the Villa Malibu in Bang Por, which another developer built.

Villa Malibu is built around one feature: a glass staircase, made to order, that rises through the house under a chandelier imported from Italy. From the stairs you look straight out into the jungle. Downstairs, the kitchen island and the dining table share one open room, so whoever is cooking stays part of the evening.

Inside the house

Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, and there is a bath for anyone who wants a long soak.

Who it suits

The house is set up for families, with board games, children's dinnerware and a gated driveway.

Villa Miami stands next door. Groups too big for one house can book both, so the whole party is a short walk from the same beach.

Renovated and run by the same team

We renovated Villa Malibu ourselves and posted before-and-after photos of the work through 2025. Because we also run the villa, every repair and every review comes back to us.
