The Broadway Beach House is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home a minute's walk from the seafront in Herne Bay, Kent. We manage it through our rental team, ATS Luxury Stays. It sleeps four, with one super-king and one double bedroom, and has a private six-seater hot tub. Upstairs, a loft lounge has a sea view. The living spaces, bedrooms and a bathroom are all on the ground floor, it takes pets, and there is a driveway for two cars. Herne Bay station is a 10-minute walk, and Whitstable and Canterbury are close by. Guests rate it highly on Airbnb, across hundreds of reviews. We look after the listing, the bookings, the guests and the upkeep. We did not build this house; this is a management job, and one of the Kent homes we run.

## Close to the sea in Herne Bay

The house sits on a quiet street just off the seafront, with shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Herne Bay station is about 10 minutes on foot. Whitstable is 3.5 miles away and Canterbury 6 miles.

Herne Bay beach

Upstairs, a converted loft lounge looks out to sea. Guests often mention that view, the hot tub and the walk to the beach.

## What guests get

Downstairs are the living spaces, both bedrooms and a bathroom, so the main rooms need no stairs. There is a full kitchen, large smart TVs and fast wifi. The six-seater hot tub is the feature guests book it for.

Pets are welcome, and we can provide a cot and a high chair on request. Guests check themselves in with a lockbox, and there is a driveway for two cars.

## How we look after it

We run the house through our rental team, ATS Luxury Stays. That covers the listing, bookings, guest messages, cleaning between stays and repairs. We have been promoting and running it since at least early 2024, and it is one of 18 Kent homes we look after.

Guests rate it highly on Airbnb, across hundreds of reviews. They also tell us when something needs fixing, and we treat that as part of the job. ## Name check

This is The Broadway Beach House in Herne Bay. It is not the listing with a similar name in Dover. It is also not the larger house in Herne Bay that we rebuilt in 2020 and 2021.

## Our main work is on Koh Samui
